Joseph Abbah
Joseph Abbah launches a critical inquiry into the foundherentist theory of epistemic justification. He raises four important issues with the theory: the issues of theoretic necessity, novelty, superiority, and adequacy. His exposition and analysis of the theories of foundationalism, coherentism, and foundherentism show that while foundherentism is a necessary, new, and a superior theory, it remains an inadequate theory of epistemic justification. He concludes with a proposal for the modification of foundherentism.
